Cuba Libre 2026

Terms and conditions

Last updated 13 August 2026

These are the agreements around your ticket and your visit to Cuba Libre 2026. No small print, just what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1Who the organiser is

Cuba Libre 2026 is organised by Massive Pro AV. Everything below about "we", "us" or "the organiser" refers to this company.

Massive Pro AV
Industrieweg 71, 3044 AS Rotterdam, the Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce 17167233
Event phone: 06-58929035
Event email: info@cubalibreparty.com

2What these terms cover

These terms apply to every ticket, every table booking and every visit to Cuba Libre 2026 on Friday 4 September 2026 at Villa Thalia, Kruiskade 31 in Rotterdam. If you buy a ticket or come in, you agree to these terms and to the house rules.

The ticket shop where you buy also has its own terms for the payment and the delivery of your e-ticket. Those stand apart from this text.

3Buying tickets

You buy tickets only through our official ticket shop at cubalibreparty.fairtix.io or at an outlet we have designated in advance. If you buy anywhere else, we cannot guarantee that your ticket is valid, and you will not get in at the door without any right to a refund.

Your ticket is only valid once the payment is completed in full. You receive the e-ticket by email. Check straight away that it has arrived, and check your spam folder too.

4Prices and price phases

Cuba Libre sells in phases. Each phase has a fixed number of tickets. Once a phase is sold out, the next phase opens at a higher price. There is no right to the price of an earlier phase.

The prices quoted are per person and exclude the service fee of the ticket shop. You see the service fee in the basket before you pay.

5Your e-ticket

Your e-ticket carries a unique code. That code is scanned once at the entrance. The first valid scan gives access, after that the code is dead.

  • Do not share your ticket, your barcode or a screenshot of it with anyone.
  • Do not put your ticket online, not in a story and not in a group chat.
  • If someone else has already used your code, you stay outside. We cannot fix that at the door.

Keep your ticket the way you keep cash.

6Resale

Commercial resale is not allowed. Tickets offered on resale sites, marketplaces or through ads can be voided by us without a refund.

If you want to get rid of your ticket because you cannot come, contact us at info@cubalibreparty.com. If the ticket shop offers an official transfer function, we will point you to it.

7Exchange and cancellation

A ticket you have bought cannot be exchanged and cannot be returned. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply to tickets for leisure activities on a fixed date. That is set out in article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

If you cannot come for a reason on your side, for example illness, work, transport or weather, you do not get a refund.

8If the event is moved or cancelled

Cuba Libre 2026 has moved from Saturday 26 July to Friday 4 September 2026. Tickets bought for the old date stay valid for the new date. You do not have to do anything.

If the event moves again, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make it then, report this to info@cubalibreparty.com within fourteen days of our announcement and we will look for a solution.

If the event does not go ahead at all, you get the ticket price back. We do not reimburse the service fee of the ticket shop or costs you made yourself, such as travel, hotel or a babysitter.

9Line-up and programme

The programme, the set times and the line-up can change. If an artist drops out, we do our best to find an equivalent replacement. A change in the line-up is no reason for a refund, unless the whole event is cancelled.

10Access, age and ID

The minimum age is 18. Everyone shows valid ID at the door: passport, ID card or driving licence. No valid ID means no access, even with a valid ticket, and without any right to a refund.

Security can ask you to cooperate with a check of your clothing and your bag. If you do not cooperate, you do not get in.

We may refuse entry or have someone removed from the venue in case of drunkenness, drug possession, weapon possession, aggression, discrimination, unwanted behaviour or ignoring instructions from staff. In those cases there is no right to a refund either. All rules inside the venue are in the house rules.

Alongside our house rules, the house rules of Villa Thalia and the terms of the venue apply. Where they differ from ours, the strictest rule counts. The door and the security of Villa Thalia may remove someone at any moment.

11Tables, booths and VIP

You book a table or booth through the VIP line on 06-58929035 or through info@cubalibreparty.com. Your booking is fixed once the payment or the agreed deposit has arrived and you have received a confirmation from us.

The price of a table covers the number of people stated in the package, including the bottles listed. Extra people pay the ticket price that applies at that moment. Unused drinks are not paid out and cannot be taken home.

If you have not arrived by 01:00 without letting us know, we may release the table again. The payment stands in that case.

12Liability

Your visit is at your own risk. We are only liable for damage that is the direct result of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of us or our staff.

We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to your belongings, for hearing damage, for damage caused by crowds or by other visitors, or for missed transport connections.

Where there is liability after all, it is limited to the amount our insurer pays out, and otherwise to the price of your ticket.

Amplified music is played at the party. The sound level can be harmful. Hearing protection is available at the cloakroom; using it is your own choice and your own responsibility.

13Photo, video and recordings

Photos and video are recorded during the event for our own promotion. If you appear in them, those images can be used on our website, in ads and on social media. If you do not want a specific recording used, email info@cubalibreparty.com with a description and we will take it down.

Filming or taking photos yourself is fine for personal use. Professional equipment, drones and recordings for commercial use are only allowed with written permission in advance.

14Personal data

What we do with your data is set out in our privacy statement.

15Complaints

If you have a complaint, let us know at info@cubalibreparty.com. Report a complaint within thirty days of the event if you can, so we can still investigate it properly. You get an answer within ten working days.

16Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are brought before the competent court in Rotterdam, unless the law designates another court.

These terms exist in Dutch and in English. Where the texts differ, the Dutch text prevails. The same goes for the privacy statement and the house rules.

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions stay in force.
